ok so i tried everything in this walk through, i STILL have this on internet explorer, luckily it was on my chrome, but i just reinstalled and it went away…but not on I.E, i have done -exactly- what you have done, also downloaded 2 different malware protectors, malware bytes and avast, BOTH found extra fragments and removed some, except for avasta, it said the files were located but couldnt be terminated, because they were unavailable. ..what do i do!!
